FREE Spay/Neuter Program Policy:
1) This program is available for residents of City of Huntsville, Walker County, City of Trinity, Trinity County and City of Madisonville.
2) Applicants must show proof of government assistance: Food Stamps, Housing, AFDC, WIC, VA, Disability, Medicaid, School Lunch Program, Senior Citizens on a fixed Social Security, College Financial Aid. Applicants must also show their driver’s license.
3) The cost is free and includes a rabies vaccination. There is an optional $10 fee for pain medication.
4) If you would like your pet to be micro-chipped, there is an additional $10 fee.
5) Each applicant can spay/neuter up to three animals per year.
